HR Officer - Employee Relations Specialist
About the Role

Key Responsibilities
* Manage human resource and employee relations issues for the department, ensuring they are applied in accordance with policies and procedures.
* Undertake investigations into specific personnel matters.
* Assist with the development and management of all procedures, record keeping, and reporting activities related to human resources.
* Liaise with department managers and provide expert advice on sickness absence and Occupational Health.
Your Qualifications and Experience
* CIPD qualification or equivalent.
* Two years' experience in providing advice and guidance on HR policies and processes.
* Two years' experience in managing disciplinary, grievance, and absence.
About You
You will be an Associate CIPD member with two years' experience in providing advice and guidance on HR policies and processes. You will also have two years' experience in managing disciplinary, grievance, and absence.
