Support officer required for immediate start Our client who's head office is based in Dublin City and has other offices located throughout Ireland. They are seeking a support officer for a temporary contract. This role may be extended depending on the clients needs and budget approval. Candidates must be available for immediate start. The successful candidate will be required to provide excellent service to their client along with building an understanding of the clients needs, expectations and exceeding and managing these. You will also be required to be an excellent team player. The role will involve but not limited to Provide excellent customer care through both ticket handling, calls and emails. Process applications and requests on behalf of the customer. Give access to systems for new users. Update and Provide reports to both internal management and the customer. Process registrations. Set up new customers and ensure all documentation is in order General administration such as updating files, procedures etc Update invoicing records and allocate costings. The successful candidate must have At least 1-2 years experience within administration ideally with a customer care background.
