Quality Assurance Specialist Job
We're seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our Receiving Inspection team at a leading global medical device organisation. This is an exciting opportunity for you to work at the forefront of innovation, supporting the development and validation of inspection processes.
About the Role:
This onsite role offers you the chance to play a critical part in ensuring quality and precision within components that support life-enhancing technologies. Your key responsibilities will include designing, developing, and qualifying custom inspection fixtures and measurement equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Evaluate and implement inspection methods and sampling plans for high-volume components
* Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D teams on robust inspection processes
* Conduct Gage R&R studies and measurements system analyses for accuracy
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or technical discipline required along with 5+ years' experience in quality engineering within medical devices sector.
Strong knowledge in GD&T & FDA regulatory standards expected
Proactive mindset & strong problem-solving skills desired
