Minimum of 4 years of post-qualification experience in a project management or similar role.
An interest in energy management and emerging technologies in residential construction.
Experience in a relevant trade background is beneficial but not essential.
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities, fostering collaboration across teams.
Proven ability to manage timelines and deliver results under tight deadlines.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while being an effective team player.
Willingness to travel between sites across the greater Dublin area.
A full, clean driving license.
Irish Construction experience.
Building Services Engineer Skills: Oversee and monitor the quality of M&E system installations from design coordination to final commissioning and handover.
Collaborate with site construction teams to resolve onsite issues, ensuring M&E systems are installed efficiently and to the highest standards.
Act as a liaison between design teams, ensuring seamless integration of M&E systems with architectural and structural elements.
Manage and coordinate M&E subcontractors to meet project schedules and quality standards.
Engage with utility providers, local authorities, and design teams to secure timely delivery of essential services such as electricity, water, gas, telecommunications, and public lighting.
Plan and manage the modification or diversion of existing site services in collaboration with utility providers.
Contribute to innovation and value engineering processes, identifying and implementing cutting-edge M&E systems and products.
Oversee the management of temporary utility systems, including electricity and water, for active construction sites.
