If you are passionate about finding efficiencies, sharing innovative ideas, and driving financial excellence within a dynamic environment, we want to hear from you.*What You'll Bring To MKO*Financial Reporting and Statements: You will be responsible for the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Your attention to detail will ensure the accuracy of Profit and Loss accounts, Balance Sheets, and cash flow statements for management review.Financial Management: You will prepare monthly and annual journals through general ledger and conduct monthly reconciliations. You will provide essential support across accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations to ensure seamless financial operations.Cash Management and budget: You will manage the daily and weekly cash requirements of the company, ensuring liquidity and financial stability. Additionally, you will assist in budget preparation and perform detailed variance analysis to keep the business aligned with its financial goals.Insightful Analysis and performance trends: You will analyse financial performance, costs, and variances. You will provide actionable insights to management, identifying trends that help shape the strategic direction of MKO.Compliance and auditing: You will ensure strict adherence to accounting standards and Revenue Commissioners' requirements.
