OverviewProject Manager (Pharma)Our client are currently recruiting for Project Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. Experience in project management in the pharmaceutical industry is essential for this role. As Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of projects from initiation through to completion. You will ensure project objectives are achieved within agreed timelines and budgets while coordinating resources, managing risks, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders. This role is based in Dublin and offers hybrid working.ResponsibilitiesPlan and coordinate project activities to ensure milestones and deliverables are achievedDevelop and maintain project schedules, identifying critical tasks and dependenciesAllocate and manage project resources in collaboration with relevant team leadsMonitor project progress and provide regular updates to internal and external stakeholdersManage changes in project scope and ensure appropriate communication and documentationIdentify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues to support successful deliverySupport financial tracking, forecasting, and reporting in collaboration with finance teamsAct as the primary point of coordination between project teams and clientsEnsure project work is delivered within scope, timeline, and budgetProvide oversight and guidance to project coordination staff where applicableRequirementsDegree in Life SciencesProject Management experience in the pharma industry (GMP Manufacturing)Strong verbal and written communication skillsEffective interpersonal and team collaboration abilitiesExcellent organisational and project planning skillsStrong problem-solving and decision-making capabilityAbility to manage multiple priorities and deliver under pressureFamiliarity with regulated industry environments and quality standardsProficiency in digital tools and the ability to interpret and manage project dataFor more information, please contact Sinéad Cullen on +353879500821 or sinead.cullen@lifescience.ie
