Property Sales & Marketing Executive – New Homes Sector

Background: Evara is the largest private developer in Ireland, with an active landbank across Dublin including Adamstown, Cherrywood, Clonburris and Portmarnock. Building transformational neighbourhoods and affordable, quality homes for people and communities across Ireland.

Reporting to AD Sales & Marketing, the role of the Sales & Marketing Executive will be part of the Sales Team based in Dublin. There will be the opportunity to work proactively and collaboratively with other members of the Evara team as we deliver new neighbourhoods and communities.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated and ambitious Sales & Marketing Executive who wants to work on exciting residential projects.


Key Accountabilities

* Ensuring that Show courts and Showhouses are presented to the Evara Standard for each sales launch.
* Ensure that all on site marketing assets are installed on time, are presentable and in good working order including hoarding, signage, showhouse and development branding.
* Coordinate landscaping for show gardens, common areas and showcourt approach areas.
* Coordinate with the signage company, interior designer and appointed Sales Agent for sales office layout, signage, furniture and branding.
* Liaise with onsite teams to ensure that show homes are snagged and presentable for sales launch.
* Work with Sales & Marketing Managers to review content, approve ads and monitor spend.
* Prepare launch strategy for sales release.
* Marketing budget reconciliation and invoice management.
* Collate and prepare sales guides for selling agents in advance of sales launches.
* Ensure timely receipt of SANs from appointed sales agents.
* Manage marketing brochures, liaise with external design teams to ensure floorplans and finishes are detailed correctly.
* Liaise with the marketing manager to approve concepts, review and approve assets, ensuring all deadlines are met.
* Manage homeowner packs, liaise with supplier to ensure sufficient stock for each development.
* Launch Preparation items:
o Elevations, redline and floorplans folder for agents.
o A‑Z brief for sales teams.
* Photography & Matterport management.
* HubSpot data input.


Qualifications and Experience

* Minimum 3 years of new homes experience.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Ability to prioritise, multi‑task and troublshoot essential.
* Ability to manage own workload and time.
* Team player.
* Highly organised.
* Clean driver’s licence.
* Results oriented and able to work both independently and within a team environment.


The Successful Candidate Will Have

* Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the New Homes Sector.
* A keen eye for detail.
* Ability to meet deadlines.
* Strong communicator & excellent interpersonal skills.
