Investor Services - Reconcilations Dublin 12 months One if our large financial service clients are currently looking for a experienced Clients Service person with settlements/payments experience, this role is within Wealth Services Operations Team. Managing the control and reconciliation of incoming funds and associated cash processes. Additional tasks managed in the area include settlement of Crest and Euroclear Bank transactions. Main activities: * Incoming Funds processes * FX Settlement * Fixed Term Deposits * Unregulated funds control * Crest & Euroclear Bank transfers * Control reports and MI * Monitor performance vs the defined Service Level Agreements for outsourced activities * Reconciliations review and escalation * Client queries, mailbox management * Cross cover & support as needed * Provides client service and support to internal and external clients, including product knowledge and technical assistance, problem resolution, and account transaction processing. Strict adherence to department policies and procedures. Cross training and support for other tasks and activities carried out within the Dublin Wealth Services Operations Team. The successful candidate responsibilities will include: * Completion of Tasks included on Checklist * Handles queries and escalations efficiently. Responds to clients and works to resolve in a timely manner. Mailbox management. * Technical input, provides product knowledge and SME knowledge * Cross cover over and support * Production of MI, Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and conducting detailed report analysis * Work to deliver efficiencies and business process improvements. * Engage collaboratively and on a timely basis with managers to review operational controls, conduct root-cause analysis and implement remediation activities. Experience & Qualifications: * Payments and/or settlements experience. Proven experience working in a financial services regulated environment * Advanced knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft office products * Strong knowledge of AI to optimize processes and drive innovation * Comfortable working in a controlled, deadline-driven environment with strong numerical and analytical skills * Ability to carry out tasks accurately and manage workloads within tight deadlines * Excellent organisational, interpersonal & communication skills * Ability to manage Client relationships and communicate effectively internally and externally Skills: Reconciliations client service Settlements Payments excel banking
