Working closely with our customer teams, the Project Manager will plan and deliver projects of a complex nature to agreed time, cost and quality standards within our agile methodology.

Key Responsibilities
Producing project plans to track milestones and manage changes to the plan.
Work with our Customer Teams and with the Offer/Order Leadership Teams to create and communicate accurate delivery timelines and Business cases (BC).
Working with the pods, effectively manage projects and deliver to agreed plans and budget, in accordance with BCs.
Proactively manage change and scope creep with Customer Teams and other stakeholders, minimising and avoiding where possible.
Reporting on weekly/monthly budget and resource utilization against targets.
Interact and build consensus with all stakeholders.
Present on weekly basis status of the project to customer teams and internal DLX stakeholders.
Working with the pod, proactively manage Risks & Issues, taking appropriate corrective action as required.
Essential Skills and Experience
3+ years project manager experience leading complex software development deliveries.
Experience with of MS Project and/or Jira Structure an advantage
Proven ability to operate within a multi-locational delivery team environment with both onsite and remote engagement.
Ability to communicate and present to all levels of organization both internally and externally.
Excellent interpersonal skills
Understanding of branching strategy, sprint planning, dependency management, different test activities and release tracking.
Problem solver and decision maker.
Strategic thinker encompassing the 'customer is king' ethos whilst ensuring company objectives are always met.
Desirable Skills
Experience working in a demanding environment
Experience working customers
Prior working experience with airlines would be an advantage.
