Community Operations Analyst - HEBREW

Main Responsibilities:
1. Investigate & Resolve: Handle reported issues, from account support requests to potentially abusive content, via our ticketing system.
2. Enforce Standards: Monitor and enforce our client's Terms of Use, ensuring a safe and respectful community.
3. Stay Informed: Become well-versed in our client's products and community standards.
4. Market Insights: Use your knowledge to find scalable solutions for our user community.
5. Data Analysis: Gather and analyse relevant data to enhance the overall user experience.
6. Trendspotting: Recognise trends and escalate issues beyond policy guidelines to our global team.
7. Efficiency: Identify workflow inefficiencies and suggest improvements.

9. Interpersonal Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on empathy.

Language Skills:
13. Fluency in Hebrew with an understanding of regional culture and trends.
14. Proficiency in English (B2-C2).
Compensation:
15. Competitive package.
16. Fixed shifts: Day 9-5.30 OR Eve. 6-2am
17. Evening shift: 25% salary uplift for late hours (10pm to 2am) (T&Cs)
18. Evening shift: €12 per day (before tax) travel allowance. (T&Cs)
