As a key member of our organization, the Travel Coordinator will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless travel and accommodation arrangements for our team.
Key Responsibilities
1. Coordinate and manage travel and accommodation requests for employees and executives with precision and attention to detail, meeting project timelines as required.
2. Utilize your expertise to arrange suitable modes of transportation, including flights, rental cars, and hotels, while also coordinating with landlords and estate agents, and preparing comprehensive itineraries.
3. Develop strong relationships with various travel agencies and companies to facilitate efficient bookings and cancellations.
4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all travel-related documentation, spreadsheets, and calendars.
5. Regularly review and verify all travel agency invoices on a weekly basis.
6. Deliver high-quality monthly travel reports to the payroll team, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
Requirements
* Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in an administrative role with similar responsibilities.
* Ability to effectively manage multiple clients simultaneously, booking flights, hotels, rental cars, and long-term apartments.
* Self-motivated, assertive individual with exceptional problem-solving skills and a strong teamwork orientation.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office applications.
