We also provide bespoke services in the acute private hospital setting and within clients' homes.
We are now seeking a professional, proactive, and exceptionally organised Office Administrator to join our team on a permanent, part-time basis at one of our key Locations in Limerick City.
This role is central to supporting the smooth running of administrative and front-of-house operations within a busy hospital environment.
While previous experience in healthcare administration is an advantage, it is not essential.
Responsibilities
Manage incoming calls and direct queries to the appropriate team members
Support day-to-day administrative tasks for clinical and management teams
Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meeting room bookings
Prepare meeting rooms and ensure supplies are maintained
Assist with expense tracking, record updates, and small internal orders
Liaise with external suppliers and hospital service providers
Assist with travel logistics and diary support for senior staff when required
Support onboarding administration and basic compliance checks for new staff
Assist in organising internal events such as meetings, training sessions, and staff gatherings
Requirements
5+ years of experience in a similar role
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Previous healthcare or hospital administration experience is desirable but not essential
Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
Comfortable working independently and proactively
Flexibility to work agreed part-time hours on a permanent basis
