Main purpose of the role:
The Team Leader will support the store management team by overseeing daily operations during designated times, ensuring retail standards are consistently maintained across the store.
This critical position plays a vital part in upholding our brand's values and expectations.
The ideal candidate will have/be:
* A proven track record of achieving high performance standards
* Minimum 1-year experience in grocery retail
* Excellent communication skills and a commitment to customer service
Main duties:

* Collaborate with the Store Manager to drive store standards and objectives forward
* Maintain optimal practice standards across departments while fostering a positive work environment
* Serve as a role model demonstrating excellence in company standards
* Provide operational training and coaching, including chemical and machine training, to support new process implementation
