This is a permanent role with an excellent salary, benefits package and bonus structure.The HR Business Partner will drive HR initiatives that align with business objectives, partnering with leadership to shape and deliver people strategies in a fast-paced, high-achieving environment.The HR Business Partner will be responsible for:Partnering closely with senior leaders, managers, and employees to implement and continuously enhance HR strategies aligned to business objectivesSupporting the creation of a positive, high performing workplace where people can thrive through a proactive and people-focused HR People Partner approachLeading employee relations initiatives to promote fair, consistent, and positive workplace outcomesDriving performance management processes that support accountability, development, and high performanceSupporting organisational development initiatives that strengthen capability, engagement, and change readinessActing as a trusted advisor to leadership by ensuring HR practices align with company goals, values, and cultureIdentifying and addressing HR challenges and opportunities in response to evolving business and workforce needsWhat you will need to have for the HR Business Partner role:3–5 years of experience in HR or people management within a fast-paced production or manufacturing environment, or a large-scale organization undergoing significant change and growthDemonstrable experience applying HR best practices and knowledge of Irish employment legislationProven ability to manage complex and sensitive employee relations mattersExperience working independently while effectively contributing as part of a teamRelevant qualification in HR, Business, or a related disciplineStrong interpersonal and influencing abilities, particularly at the senior leadership level.Track record of problem-solving and adaptability in dynamic, evolving business settings.
