About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the inventory control functions, ensuring accuracy, compliance and continuous improvement. The role requires a strong understanding of inventory management principles, excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with peers.

1. Manage daily inventory operations, ensure all tasks are completed according to business requirements.
2. Oversee management of inventory operatives including monitoring overtime, absences performance recruitment etc within established limits
3. Cochain regular coaching counselling towards overall objective meeting or exceeding jointly established performance goals related activities
4. Investigate stock variances provide root cause analysis Inventory Manager Develop corrective actions alongside liaise Operations Management implementation tracking
5.
