This is a key role supporting the day-to-day operation of our service department, ensuring jobs are scheduled efficiently, technicians are supported, and customers receive a high standard of communication and follow-up.The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, comfortable juggling multiple priorities, and motivated by finding practical solutions in a busy service environment.Key ResponsibilitiesScheduling and coordinating service and installation jobs on a daily basisLiaising closely with field-based technicians to ensure efficient job deliveryManaging customer communication, including confirmations, updates, and follow-upPreparing, issuing, and tracking job sheets, service reports, and documentationPreparing and sending customer quotes and supporting their progressionParts management, including:Allocating parts to jobsTracking parts usage and returnsUpdating records and ensuring accurate job-part matchingCoordinating parts availability with technicians (Note: this role does not include procurement or purchasing)Supporting smooth service delivery by proactively identifying and resolving issuesMaintaining accurate records within internal systemsSystems & ToolsJob management and scheduling using Job LogicFinancial and administrative support using QuickBooks (Training can be provided where needed)Skills & ExperiencePrevious experience in a service administration, operations, or coordination role is desirableExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organisational skills with good attention to detailConfident using IT systems and learning new softwareProactive, solutions-focused approach to workCommercial awareness and understanding of efficiency, cost control and customer serviceAbility to work well as part of a team in a fast-paced environmentWhat We OfferCompetitive salaryFull-time, permanent position with stability and growth potentialSupportive team environment where your contribution is valuedOpportunity to play a key role in a growing companyOngoing training and developmentJob Type: Full-timePay: €30,000.00-€35,000.00 per yearWork Location: In person
