As a La Prairie Beauty Consultant, you will be our Maison Ambassador, ensuring a delightful and exceptional personalised skincare luxury service, building meaningful and long‑lasting relationships with our discerning clients, and creating carefully curated experiences.
Main Responsibilities
Approach customers and achieve sales by adhering to the La Prairie Art of Beauty facial guidelines to ensure standards are consistent and up to date.
Skillfully blend Art of Beauty and selling skills to achieve KPIs.
Build a good client base with the help of internal CRM.
Plan business activities to maximise the beauty room around key events and launches.
Drive traffic for new launches and marketing lead programmes.
Invite every customer to sit down for a skincare consultation or an Art of Perfection.
Ensure accuracy and compliance of the EPOS system for customer records.
Present the beauty room to luxury standards while working with the visual merchandising team to meet company guidelines.
Rapport and Communication
Be approachable and build relationships with others.
Stay informed about current and new business initiatives and provide feedback to your Account Manager.
Possess persuasion and negotiation skills.
Qualifications
Applicants must demonstrate the following skills and experience:
ITEC Diploma qualification level 2 (required).
Experience in providing high‑quality skincare treatments to clients.
Client‑focused and dedicated to providing a luxury experience.
Dedicated to achieving and exceeding KPIs.
Able to work collaboratively as part of a small team.
