We are seeking a skilled Training Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of the Onboarding Operations team, you will play a crucial role in standardizing and centralizing end-to-end registration, enrolment, and attendance tracking processes for new hires.
The ideal candidate will have experience with data entry, spreadsheet tools such as Excel or Google Sheets, and strong written communication and listening skills. Additionally, they should possess a systematic approach to problem-solving, strong organizational and planning skills, and be able to work independently under general direction.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the workforce
* Standardize and centralize end-to-end registration, enrolment, and attendance tracking processes
* Work closely with the Onboarding Operations team to create high-impact onboarding programs and experiences
* Streamline manual processes and eliminate inefficiencies
