**Property Projects & Assets Manager Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Property Projects & Assets Manager to join our team. This dynamic opportunity will enable you to develop your property career and expand your expertise in commercial property and asset management.
* Responsibilities:
* Coordinate new site acquisitions and development projects.
* Develop and maintain relationships with key external stakeholders.
* Manage property sales/leasing negotiations to ensure maximum value for the organisation.
* Support budgeting processes.
* Manage credit control activities.
* Review commercial proposals.
* Oversight of compliance reporting.
Key Qualifications and Skills
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A 3rd level degree (or above) in business studies or a relevant discipline.
* Chartered surveyor - SCSI and/or RICS - ideally.
* At least 3-4 years' experience in a commercial property focused role.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to engage and network with people at all levels of seniority.
* Strong IT and analytical skills.
* Proven ability to manage projects to deadlines and within budget.
