Person-Centred Support Worker Role
This position focuses on providing assistance and support to individuals with daily living activities, promoting independence and adherence to HIQA national standards.
* Assist clients with all aspects of daily life, including personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.
* Transport service users to facilitate access to essential services and activities.
* Maintain a clean and safe living environment by participating in household duties such as cooking, laundry, and general cleaning.
* Foster professional relationships with colleagues through effective communication and teamwork.
