About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned hospitality professional to lead our resort operations team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee and support the day-to-day operations of the resort in collaboration with senior management.
* Take full operational responsibility during shifts, ensuring smooth service delivery across all departments.
* Maintain a visible presence throughout the property, particularly during peak times.
* Lead and motivate a team of up to 30 staff members during peak hours.
* Provide hands-on assistance across departments as needed.
* Deliver consistently exceptional guest experiences, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
