You'll work closely with the Project Manager/Director to analyse tender requirements, prepare financial and commercial forecasting, and ensure accurate and timely reporting.Your day‑to‑day responsibilities will include preparing cash flows, compiling monthly commercial reports, managing client invoicing, and overseeing subcontractor and supplier payments.
You will liaise with construction and planning teams on site measures, ensure contractual notices are issued, and help resolve commercial or contractual disputes as they arise.A key part of your role will be maintaining strong, open communication with clients, project teams, subcontractors, and the finance department, ensuring that costs, revenue, and risks are clearly understood and proactively managed throughout the project lifecycle.What we are looking for:We are looking for someone with a degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, Construction Management, or a similar discipline.
Progression toward chartership or a recognised surveying certification is an advantage.
