Job Purpose
The Bid Administrator will support the bid and estimating teams in preparing, coordinating, and submitting high-quality tenders for civil engineering projects. This role ensures compliance with client requirements and internal standards while maintaining accurate records and deadlines.
This is a full time office based role in our Foxford office.
Responsibilities:
* Coordinate bid documentation and maintain tender schedules.
* Collate and format submission documents to meet client specifications.
* Liaise with internal teams to gather technical and commercial information.
* Proofread and check documents for accuracy and compliance.
* Maintain bid library and update tracking systems.
* Assist with pre-qualification questionnaires and compliance checks.
Experience:
* Previous experience in bid administration or similar role (construction/civil engineering preferred).
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
* Knowledge of public procurement processes in Ireland is an advantage.
