Elusav Recruitment have a very exciting opportunity for a Procurement Administrator to join one of Europe's leading Engineering contractors on a large construction project in Leixlip, Kildare.
As the Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the company's Owned and Hired Vehicles on our European projects.
Responsibilities:
* Admin for owned tool & plant.
* Raising requisitions general admin for fleet hire and purchases including.
* Creating service entries & processing goods receipt notes.
* Database/Register Maintenance.
* Processing invoices.
* General office management duties associated with this role.
* Update the company's internal social media platforms with relevant department news.
* Perform other duties as assigned by line manager.
Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years' experience.
* Experience in the construction or engineering industry.
* Strong administration skills.
* Computer literate, particularly in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
* Excellent telephone manner.
* Attention to detail.
