Are you an experienced IT professional ready to take ownership of day-to-day IT operations in a dynamic and supportive environment? Reperio has partnered with a company that is looking for an IT Administrator to lead the delivery of user support, system performance, capacity planning, and security across both IT and business systems.
Responsibilities:
* Manage and support daily IT operations, infrastructure, networks, and cloud services
* Supervise IT support staff and provide training and mentorship
* Maintain security standards and ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures
* Monitor system performance and report to the IT Manager
* Deliver operational improvements and ad hoc changes as needed
Requirements:
* 2-3 years of experience in IT operations (networks, servers, Active Directory, cloud, etc.)
* Hands-on experience with firewalls, switches, storage, and Windows server environments
* Strong understanding of IT security and infrastructure best practices
* Working knowledge of SQL and database management
* Diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
