Job Title: HR Business Partner - Europe Finance, Technology & Real Estate
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team in Europe. As an HR Business Partner, you will play a critical role in managing the people agenda for the Europe Finance, Technology, and Real Estate division teams.
Key Responsibilities
* To proactively engage with functional teams in Europe Finance, Technology & Real Estate to develop and implement all elements of the people agenda.
* To act as a critical partner to challenge and advise teams on all elements of the people and talent agenda.
* To support the Senior HR Business Partner with the annual talent review cycle and ongoing talent agenda requirements and reporting during the year.
* To oversee & support recruitment within the functional remit.
* To support the Senior HR Business Partner with all people aspects of organisational change initiatives ensuring all legal and employee relations risks are appropriately managed.
