A leading company is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their team on a permanent basis.
In this role, you will play a vital part in the success of current and future projects. Your responsibilities will include:
* Preparing tenders for upcoming projects
* Coordinating material and subcontractor procurement, valuation of works and financial reporting for projects
* Liaising with stakeholders on an ongoing basis
You must have at least 4 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor, along with relevant qualifications. You should be proficient in IT and familiar with software packages. Additionally, you should be able to work independently and collaboratively.
