We pride ourselves on excellence, innovation, and a passion for what we do.The Role:As Financial Controller, you’ll be responsible for overseeing all financial activities across the dealership. As a member of the senior management team, you’ll ensure accurate reporting, efficient budgeting, and strong financial governance to help drive the continued success of our business.Key Responsibilities:Oversee day-to-day financial operations and reportingManage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planningEnsure compliance with all relevant regulatory and tax requirementsLiaise with auditors and external stakeholdersProvide strategic financial guidance to the management teamLead and develop the finance teamWhat We’re Looking For:Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent)Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a senior financial role (automotive industry experience will be an advantage)Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent leadership and communication abilitiesA proactive mindset and attention to detailWhat We Offer:Competitive salary of€75k to €100k per annumA supportive and professional work environmentOpportunities for growth within an established and respected groupThe chance to work with some of the most exciting automotive brands in the worldInterested?Send your application with your CV to jboyle@bolands.com
