Legal Manager
Global Retail Organisation
Our client is seeking a commercially focused Legal Manager to join an established legal team in a global business.
* Ideal candidates will have experience of commercial contracts relating to marketing, events and branding (retail industry experience a bonus, but not essential).
* Candidates with more general commercial contracts experience will also be considered, depending on their industry background.
* This position will suit a 3-6 year pqe Lawyer.
Key Responsibilities (a more detailed JD is available)
* Review and provide legal advice on all marketing materials, advertising campaigns, and promotional material
* Draft and negotiate complex agreements for high-profile retail events, influencer partnerships, and brand activations.
* Support on commercial leasing arrangements for the business
This position reports to the Head of Legal in Ireland.
You will gain significant experience working cross-departmentally, so strong communication skills and relationship management skills are essential.
3 days on site (location – Kildare)
