Dublin North (own transport required due to site location)
Hours:
Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm
Hybrid available post‐probation (business dependent)

ABOUT THE ROLE|
Reporting to the Sales Manager, this position will involve coordinating sales activity, managing customer communication across phone/email, processing orders efficiently, and supporting a defined customer territory. You will be an important point of contact for clients and field sales teams, contributing directly to commercial growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES|
* Manage inbound calls/emails and process orders accurately using SAP
* Provide product information, quotations and pricing support
* Proactively engage existing and prospective customers with offers
* Maintain accurate customer and sales data on CRM systems
* Support sales promotion through online and social channels
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED|
* Minimum 1 year in telesales or outbound sales environment
* Experience managing customer orders or administration in a sales‐related role
* Excellent telephone manner with strong communication skills
* Proficiency using CRM systems (SAP experience advantageous)
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast‐paced environment providing excellent service
