Job Description
We are seeking a part-time B2B marketing consultant to work with us on an embedded, long-term basis. This is a strategic role focused on LinkedIn-led lead generation and website optimisation for a boutique AWS consulting firm.
Virtuability is an Irish AWS Partner consultancy with a team of cloud consultants. We work with mid-sized and enterprise organisations across Europe, helping them scale their use of AWS through embedded consulting relationships. Our customers include SaaS companies, financial services firms.
We are looking for a marketing professional who understands B2B professional services, can work autonomously and values quality leads over quantity. The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on content creation — you will both develop the strategy and execute it.
Your Role
Strategy:
* Develop and own a lean LinkedIn-focused B2B marketing strategy targeting technical decision-makers at mid-sized and enterprise companies
* Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator for targeted prospecting aligned with our documented Ideal Customer Profile
* Identify and recommend LinkedIn, website and content improvements and use of tools including Tally to support lead conversion
* Track and report on marketing performance with a focus on lead quality, not volume
Content Creation:
* Create LinkedIn content (posts, articles, comments) to position Virtuability's partners as thought leaders
* Draft and refine content based on technical topics provided by our consultants (you translate expertise into engaging posts)
* Maintain a content calendar and ensure consistent publishing cadence
* Use AI tools to assist with drafting and repurposing content — but you own quality control
Lead Generation:
The role spans the funnel:
* Build visibility through organic content that attracts inbound interest from our target market
* Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator for targeted outreach to specific prospects matching our ICP
Day-to-day:
* Qualify inbound leads against our ICP criteria before they reach sales conversations
* Engage with prospects through LinkedIn comments and direct outreach
* Collaborate with the director to refine targeting based on results
Your Skills
* Proven B2B marketing experience, ideally with IT consulting, Cloud services or SaaS companies
* Deep expertise in LinkedIn for B2B lead generation (organic content and Sales Navigator)
* Understanding of long sales cycles and relationship-driven B2B sales
* Ability to work strategically with minimal supervision
* Strong written communication skills for technical/business audiences
* Comfortable using AI tools to augment (not replace) your work — you apply judgement, not just prompts
* Comfortable working with a documented Ideal Customer Profile
* Data-driven mindset focused on outcomes, not activity metrics
* Experience with lean CRM tools is a plus — you may help us select and implement one

Flexibility
* The role is 5-10 hours per week initially

Location
The role is 100% remote. You must be based within the European Union/EEA.
Rate
Euro 50 to 80 per hour depending on experience.
Alternatively, we are open to a lower base rate combined with performance bonuses for closed deals. We can discuss the right structure for you.
