Role Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated Tele-sales Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for driving revenue and achieving targets through the conversion of provided leads into sales or generating valuable new leads.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Make calls to B2C and B2B leads to convert into sales or generate new opportunities
* Demonstrate strong computer skills and a willingness to go the extra mile in meeting customer needs
* Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism throughout all interactions
* Manage and track your performance using KPIs, focusing on talk time and dial quality
* Collaborate effectively with the team to achieve a positive work environment
Qualifications and Skills: To succeed in this role, you must have proven sales motivation, excellent computer skills, and familiarity with CRM systems. You should also be able to overcome objections, handle challenging conversations, and demonstrate ability to achieve targets while working independently or as part of a team.
