Job Objectives
The role of a Social Care Worker and Assistant Support Worker is to provide care to our service users. We support your development in providing high-quality care, maintaining professional relationships with team members and service users.
Our goal is to support people in reaching their full potential and leading meaningful lives through our services.
This includes:
* Supporting people with their daily plans
* Supporting people in the community
* Supporting education, skills development, and personal outcomes
* Supporting living skills such as cooking, cleaning, laundry, attending appointments, family visits, etc.
* Adhering to all company policies, procedures, standards, regulations, and codes of practice
* Shift work over 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
Skills Requirements
* Assistant Support Worker: No qualification required; training provided
* Social Care Workers: Level 7/8 degree in Social Care/Healthcare or related discipline (must be registered with CORU)
* Relevant life experience is desirable but not essential
* Good attitude and passion for supporting people
* Full Driver’s Licence or in the process of obtaining one
