Job Description:
In a dynamic environment, you will be part of an IT team responsible for simplifying and automating existing business processes across various areas, including financial management. Your role will involve leading projects to enhance Power BI financial dashboards and supporting closing activities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead transformation projects to simplify and automate processes: Work closely with Europe, International, and pricing teams to identify areas for improvement in closing activities, delta price results computation, financial results publication, forecasting of the profit and loss statement, and pricing performance.
* Propose and present simplification actions to improve efficiency.
* Oversee the implementation of proposed actions and manage related projects.
* Develop and maintain our Power BI dashboards to provide visibility to the European business community, enhancing decision-making capabilities.
* Support key closing activities by collaborating with the Business Controller:
* Monitor backlog tracking (open orders, deferred revenue, credit notes) and adjust based on HFM Retrieve – tracking by zone and month.
* OEM allocations based on POS, quarterly revenue, and orders adjustment.
* POS – Projects tracking from Sales out to revenue.
* Assist in preparing add-hoc analysis reports.
Qualifications:
* A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in finance with strong IT knowledge, preferably from an auditing background.
* You must be a proactive, team-oriented individual with an international mindset.
* Demonstrate strong analytical skills and attention to detail to excel in this role, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.
* Effective communication both written and oral is essential.
* Strong expertise in Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint. Knowledge of Oracle is an asset.
