Personal Assistant Opportunity

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Assistant to support a Senior Manager in our Medical Clinic. This hybrid role requires one day per week onsite, with the remaining hours worked remotely.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, coordinating travel arrangements, managing email correspondence, and performing various other duties as required.

* Comprehensive diary and calendar management
* Coordinating travel arrangements

* Organizing and maintaining filing systems
* Preparing reports and presentations

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, applicants must have a minimum of 5 years' experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role. They should possess exceptional organizational and time-management skills, strong written and verbal communication abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
