Senior service leader

Job Overview

This is a key leadership role that requires an individual to provide high standards of support and care to service users.

The successful candidate will work autonomously, taking the lead on shifts and ensuring that services meet appropriate policy guidelines.

* Participate in direct care provision, following established protocols and procedures.
* Assess the needs of individuals under care and develop personalized care plans.
* Implement effective care interventions and monitor progress and outcomes.

* A relevant degree (minimum level 7) in Social or Health Care.
* Level 6 Management qualification.
* Full current driving license with eligibility to drive in Ireland, and access to a vehicle.
