Human Resource Leader

The ideal candidate will have a few years of experience in human resources, a passion for people, and ideally some experience in hospitality. A recognised qualification in a human resources field or CIPD accreditation is sought.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* 3+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar industry;
* A recognised qualification in human resources or CIPD accreditation;
* Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills;
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team;
* Strong analytical and technical skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
