Lead and conclude framework contracts and conduct price negotiations, implementation of price increases and ensure compliance with corporate guidelines.Customer management & contract negotiations: Negotiate framework agreements and large-scale projects, personally manage key accounts, identify growth opportunities, and analyse regional market trends.Employee leadership & development: Manage and develop the sales team, conduct employee reviews and performance evaluations, set goals, and drive personnel development.Representation & compliance: Attend trade fairs and networking events, represent the company, ensure compliance with occupational safety, health, environmental, and fire protection regulations, and oversee operational policiesRequired Skills & Experience:Successfully completed degree in Business or a comparable qualification.Several years of Business Development/ Sales Director experience in cleanroom services, ideally in the cleaning sector.Established network in the Life Sciences industry.Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies, as well as deriving innovative marketing initiatives, ideally in the Life Sciences sector.Team player with leadership experience in managing an experienced sales team.Dynamic, goal-oriented hands-on mentality, reliability, open and transparent communication, and a positive attitude.Strong initiative, high level of goal orientation.Full Driving LicensePreferably based close to our offices in Galway or LimerickAbout SSE:SSE with over 20 years' experience is an award winning company that specializes in Cleanroom services, contract cleaning, facilities services and facilities audits.
