Cluster Corporate Sales Manager Role Overview
The Trinity City Hotel and The Spencer Hotel are seeking an exceptional individual to fill the Cluster Corporate Sales Manager position.
This role involves working closely with the MHL Cluster Sales Director – Corporate (CSDC) and Hotel General Managers to take full responsibility for existing local corporate accounts, analyse the market to proactively attain new local corporate accounts and corporate groups, increasing room nights and revenue in our corporate market segments. Key responsibilities include:
* Building, managing, and maintaining relationships with local companies
* Negotiating rate agreements on a local level only
* Assisting with RFPs as necessary
* Seeking out and attracting local corporate group business
To be successful in this role, you will need:
li Must have a minimum of 2 years of proactive hotel sales experience
1. Experience of the corporate market in Dublin City Centre is preferable but not essential
