Job Title: Payroll Specialist
Job Summary:
* We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to join our team in County Donegal.
About the Role:
Responsibilities:
* Oversight and processing of payroll using Time Management System (TMS) and Sage Micropay for weekly and monthly employees in both the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland.
* Addressing payroll-related queries from employees and relevant stakeholders.
* Monitoring and updating the in-house time and attendance system directly linked to TMS.
* Registering new employees in TMS and generating daily reports for the shop floor.
* Facilitating company and employee payments/expenses through online banking software.
* Completing monthly P30s and yearly P60s for submission to the accountant.
* Calculating share payouts and other payroll-related financial adjustments.
* Preparing letters for PPS numbers, banks, mortgage applications, and other employee requests.
* Providing payroll-related administrative support and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 5 years' experience in high volume payroll, ideally within a production/manufacturing environment.
* Experience processing payroll in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland.
* Working knowledge of Sage Micropay and TMS.
* Working knowledge of ADP payroll is advantageous.
