Resort Maintenance Leadership Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as Resort Assistant Maintenance Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to lead maintenance operations across two luxury properties, working closely with the Resort Maintenance Manager to uphold exceptional standards.
Job Description:
* Support the implementation of an effective resort-wide maintenance system, working in collaboration with senior management on development and capital projects.
* Lead daily maintenance tasks, ensuring accurate recording in Snapfix, and carry out hands-on duties as needed (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting etc.).
* Ensure all team members follow safe working procedures and comply with Health & Safety legislation through regular safety checks.
* Maintain stock levels of maintenance materials and supplies, keeping accurate records of all maintenance works and equipment documentation.
