Senior Project Manager
About the Role:
Noel Group is partnering with a top Irish Contractor to strengthen their team working on high-profile projects across all sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead large-scale project initiatives from inception to completion and evaluation, ensuring seamless delivery and quality outcomes.
* Establish performance metrics, ensure client requirements are met, and drive project success through effective stakeholder management.
* Liaise with clients to develop and implement KPIs, aligning project objectives with business goals.
* Strategically plan resources, including labour, materials, and sub-contractors, to meet project requirements and deadlines.
* Motivate and direct a large team to achieve project milestones and deliver results-driven solutions.
Requirements:
* Degree qualified in Engineering or relevant field
* At least 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a senior capacity
* Familiarity with project planning software such as ASTA or MS Project
* Excellent analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills
* Superior communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills required for successful project execution
