HR Generalist / Junior HR Business Partner - 12 Month FTC (Potential to Go Permanent)

Are you ready to bring your HR expertise to a global, fast-paced, and highly innovative engineering environment? We're looking for an HR Generalist / Junior HRBP to join our people-focused HR team on a 12-month fixed-term contract, with the possibility of going permanent.
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure to a European-wide HR function while working closely with senior stakeholders and supporting business-critical HR projects and operations.

🎯 Key Responsibilities
Maintain and manage data in our HRIS (Workday) and provide accurate dashboard reporting to managers.
Coordinate and implement HR reporting processes (e.g., payroll, recruitment, work permits).
Support the outsourced monthly payroll process for both salaried and hourly staff.
Ensure work permit compliance, maintaining documentation and reporting KPIs.
Collaborate with local and European teams on HR projects and technology implementations.
Support recruitment and employer branding, acting as the main HR point of contact for queries and systems support.
🧰 What You'll Need
Essential:
2+ years' HR experience, ideally in a multinational or high-tech environment.
Strong HRIS knowledge - Workday experience preferred.
Excellent MS Office skills, particularly Excel.
Highly organised with strong attention to detail and project management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills - a true team player.
Degree in HR or a related field with a CIPD qualification.Desirable:
Experience in engineering or manufacturing environments.
CIPD Level 3 or 5.
