Your new company requires you to join their team on a permanent basis to administrative support to the Child Safeguarding and Protection Services senior management and the wider team.
Your new role As Garda Vetting Administrator, your duties will include, but are limited to, assisting the Director and Safeguarding and Support Officer in all aspects of the management of child and vulnerable adult protection concerns; processing garda vetting applications; organising training and all general administrative duties such as enquiry management, arranging meetings, ordering office supplies and processing incoming and outgoing mail.

What you'll need to succeed You will ideally have recent relevant experience with experience processing garda vetting applications.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an empathic approach when dealing with sensitive situations is required.
You will also have proficiency at using Microsoft Office Suite and understand the need for confidentiality and data protection.
Excellent customer service skills are necessary.
With clear and relevant examples of your career achievements within a similar environment with proficient garda vetting processing skills, you will be a very strong candidate for this role.
