Barden has been engaged by a leading Irish business seeking a solicitor to join its legal team in Cork.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a solicitor who is looking to develop their career in a progressive in-house legal team.
This will initially be a 18 month fixed term contract.
This division of the business is constantly evolving and busy, and so although it's not something that the organisation can guarantee at this stage, there typically are decent chances for extension.
This business operates a hybrid working model with 3 days onsite in the Cork office.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Responsibilities of the role will include:
Provide legal advice on a variety of queries and transactions related to acquisitions, disposals, leases, licenses, asset management, commercial property and commercial contracts.
Review, draft and negotiate such transactions and agreements.
Provide advice on a wide range of other legal matters such as landlord and tenant law, corporate, commercial, employment, competition law, etc.

ABOUT THE PERSON
You will be a qualified solicitor in Ireland with circa 3+ years' PQE;
Strong experience of commercial property law and conveyancing;
Experience in construction and/or corporate/commercial matters is an advantage.
