Job Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic Marketing Communications Executive to join our growing team. This role is suitable for candidates who have previous relevant experience of 1-2 years and offers structured training and exposure to the full range of owned and earned marketing initiatives. Reporting to the Marketing Communications Manager, you will assist with the following:
Advertising & Production Support
Assist in the development and management of advertising campaigns from concept to delivery
Support creative brainstorming and script development
Coordinate with production teams, agencies, and stakeholders
Help manage timelines, budgets, and approvals throughout the production process
Attend shoots where required and support on-set coordination
Assist in post-production review, edits, and final sign-off
Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and aligned with brand objectives
Content Creation & Project Management
Ownership of the project to develop high-quality, informative, and persuasive short and long-form content across various channels to drive organic search traffic and improve our search engine ranking positions.
Press releases for earned media coverage
Informative and relevant digital PR outreach content to secure presence on reputable sites.
Manage our social media channels, developing, scheduling and publishing content across platforms to increase brand awareness, community engagement, and follower growth, along with proactively tracking trends and suggesting new content ideas.
Collaborate with colleagues and external agencies to lead content initiatives, plans, & help execute creative and impactful content campaigns.
Assist with measuring and analysing our content performance and derive insights from the data to refine our content strategy.
Additional Supports
Work across ongoing projects with internal stakeholders and various agency partners, including Production, PR, SEO and more, taking clear actions from meetings and tracking progress of various tasks.
Upskill on and use tools required for the role: SEMrush, Fraze, White press, Meltwater, Canva, Website Content Management System, Braze and more.
Any further tasks required to support the team and business needs.
Candidate Requirements:
Experience & Key Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
1-2 years’ experience in marketing, content, or media production
Experience supporting video or TV production projects
Understanding of advertising production processes (pre-production, shoot, post-production)
Basic graphic design or video editing skills (e.g., Canva)
Knowledge of industry-standard content and tools mentioned above would be beneficial.
Experience using Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to work collaboratively and incorporate input from stakeholders.
Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills.
A creative mind with an excellent eye for detail.
Excellent communication and prioritisation skills are a must.
