Purpose Of The Role
Reporting to the CHI Pharmacist Executive Manager, the appointee will have responsibility for the provision of a comprehensive haem/onc clinical pharmacy service to CHI.

Be registered with the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland as a qualified pharmacist.

Be registered with the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland as a qualified pharmacist.
Have at least five years of satisfactory post registration hospital experience
Demonstrates that they are engaging in CPD in line with the requirements of the legislation (Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland Continuing Professional Development Rules 2015 and Irish Institute of Pharmacy requirements.
Possess a high standard of administrative, managerial or business ability.
Possess the requisite knowledge and ability (including a high standard of suitability) for the proper discharge of the duties of the office.
