About This Role
* We are seeking a Quality Engineer to provide support in quality assurance, control, and preventative activities with a focus on continuous improvement of internal processes.
Main Responsibilities:
* Support supplier quality issues impacting daily operations by collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues efficiently.
* Advocate and lead initiatives to enhance quality performance within the organization and for our customers, resulting in improved customer satisfaction and retention.
* Mentor and provide technical direction across multiple areas of expertise, developing the skills of junior team members and contributing to their professional growth.
* Ensure compliance to regulatory requirements and industry standards through effective risk management and mitigation strategies.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in a science or engineering discipline is required.
* Possession of Six Sigma Green or Black belt certification is highly desirable.
* A minimum of 4 years' experience in quality engineering or a related field is preferred.
