Role Overview
As the Head of Sales, you will oversee the sales department, build and execute strategic plans, and inspire a high-performing team. You will collaborate closely with leadership to identify new opportunities, strengthen client relationships, and set ambitious targets that drive the company forward.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve company goals.
* Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed performance targets.
* Identify new markets, business opportunities, and customer needs.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
* Monitor sales metrics, analyze performance, and prepare reports for senior management.
* Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize go-to-market strategies.
Qualifications
* Proven experience (8+ years) in sales leadership, ideally in Trade.
* Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
* Ability to develop strategic plans while remaining hands-on in execution.
Proficiency in CRM tools and data-driven decision-making.
