Candidate Requirements
18. Registered General Nurse (RGN) with NMBI registration (or eligibility)
19. Minimum 12 months post-registration experience in an acute hospital setting
20. Experience in one of the listed specialities is highly desirable
21. Strong clinical skills and a commitment to patient-centred care
22. Leadership experience or interest (for Clinical Nurse Manager roles)
